Field & Frame: the work is the website

Overview

Field & Frame shoots weddings and editorials across three countries, but their old portfolio compressed every frame into identical squares and buried booking behind a contact form nobody answered. Enquiries came from Instagram; the website was a business card nobody read.

We rebuilt it as a sales tool: full-bleed stories, honest pricing, and a booking flow a couple can finish from a phone at midnight.

Approach

We edited like photographers: twelve stories instead of four hundred loose frames, sequenced for rhythm. Then we designed the chrome to disappear — black behind colour work, paper behind black-and-white.

  • Story-led galleries with sequencing, captions and print-ready exports.
  • Availability calendar and deposit flow, no account required.
  • Image pipeline: responsive sizes, lazy loading, zero layout shift.
  • Packages page with plain pricing and a comparison of collections.
  • Client proofing area styled to match the public portfolio.
